Task Reminders

The Task Reminders feature in RISPER CRM allows users to send automated reminders to clients about specific tasks.
This ensures clients are informed about actions they need to take, improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual follow-ups.

It is particularly useful for:

  • Accounting companies (e.g., VAT filing, check collection)
  • Business setup companies (e.g., trade license renewals, tenancy renewals)

Accessing Task Reminders

Log in to the CRM.

From the left-side menu, navigate to Operations (Work) → Task.

The Task Table View will appear, showing all tasks with details like:

  • Task name
  • Client
  • Project
  • Status
  • Due date

Sending a Task Reminder

Use the filter or dropdown menu to select the specific task(s) you want to remind clients about.

  • Tick the checkbox next to the task(s).
  • You can select individual tasks or use Select All to send reminders for multiple tasks at once.
  • Click the Send Reminder button.

Clients will receive a customized reminder email, including the task name, project, and due date.

Note: This feature can be used for monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring tasks, depending on your workflow.

Practical Examples

Example 1: Accounting Company – VAT Filing Data Collection

  • Task Name: Data Collection – VAT Filing
  • Client: Abdullah & Co.
  • Project: VAT Filing – Q1
  • Frequency: Monthly or Quarterly
  • Steps to Send Reminder:

Filter tasks using the Data Collection dropdown.

Select all clients with VAT filing tasks for the current period.

Click Send Reminder.

Result:
All clients whose VAT filing documents are due this month receive an automated email requesting income statements, invoices, or other required documents.
This automates follow-ups and ensures timely submission of data.

Example 2: Accounting Company – Check Collection

  • Task Name: Check Collection
  • Client: Star Enterprises
  • Project: Accounts Receivable – February
  • Frequency: Monthly or Quarterly
  • Steps to Send Reminder:

Filter tasks using the Check Collection dropdown.

Select all clients scheduled for check collection.

Click Send Reminder.

Result:
Clients receive an email reminder about pending checks, including the due date. This automates the follow-up process and reduces delays in receiving payments.

Example 3: Business Setup Company – Trade License Renewal

  • Task Name: Trade License Renewal – Client A
  • Client: Emirates Tech Solutions
  • Project: Business Setup – Renewal
  • Frequency: Annual
  • Steps to Send Reminder:

Filter tasks using the Trade License Renewal dropdown.

Select the clients whose licenses are expiring soon.

Click Send Reminder.

Result:
Clients are notified about their upcoming license renewal, ensuring they submit required documents on time. This improves client satisfaction and reduces delays in processing.

Example 4: Business Setup Company – Tenancy Renewal

  • Task Name: Tenancy Renewal – Client B
  • Client: Star Enterprises
  • Project: Tenancy Compliance
  • Frequency: Annual
  • Steps to Send Reminder:

Use the Tenancy Renewal dropdown to filter relevant tasks.

Select all clients needing renewal notifications.

Click Send Reminder.

Result:
Clients receive a reminder email regarding their tenancy renewal, including deadlines and necessary documents, ensuring smooth business operations.
