The Custom Fields feature in RISPER CRM allows administrators to create additional fields across different modules.
This helps capture specific information not included in the default system fields, without needing a developer.
With Custom Fields, you can customize the CRM for your organization, ensuring all necessary data points are captured efficiently.
Accessing Custom Fields
- Log in as Admin / Owner.
- Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.
Adding a Custom Field
Click the Add Field button.
Fill in the following options:

| Field Label | Enter the name of the field (column name). |
| Is Required | Make the field mandatory (Yes / No). |

| Show in Table View | Display the field in the module’s main table. |
| Allow Export in Table View | Include the field in exported reports. |
For Select fields, add the options that users can choose from.
Click Save to create the field.
