Leads Report & Agents

 

Managing Agent and Lead Reports

  • Navigate to Reports > Profile from the sidebar.
  • The module consists of two main sections:
    • Agent Report – Tracks individual agent performance, including the number of leads handled, total follow-ups, and pending tasks.
    • Lead Report – Summarizes lead activity, showing won and lost leads, total amounts, and lead stages over time.

Agent Report Metrics

  • Total Leads – The number of Lead assigned to each agent.
  • Won Leads – Successful conversions where the lead was closed.
  • Lost Leads – Leads that were not successfully closed.
  • Total Amount – The total value of all leads managed by an agent.
  • Converted Amount – Revenue from successfully closed leads.
  • Total Follow-Up – The number of follow-ups an agent has conducted.
  • Pending Follow-Ups – Follow-ups that are still outstanding.

 

Lead Report Metrics

  • Leads to Be Closed – Number of leads in the pipeline for each month.
  • Total Lead  Value – The overall value of leads scheduled for closure.
  • Average Lead Value – The average worth of each lead.
  • Won Leads & Value – Successfully closed leads and their revenue.
  • Lost Leads & Value – Leads that failed to close and their potential lost revenue.
  • Other Lead Stages – Progress of leads across various stages like Qualification, Proposal, and Negotiation.

This module helps businesses track sales performance, analyze conversion trends, and optimize lead strategies for growth.
